Synopsis
Courage to love means God is with us. Without this Christ centered courage, life and its trials and tribulations become a condition of existence. Life as a condition of existence has no hope, no joy, no faith, and no resurrection from the suffering heart. A person's emotional existence is one of abandonment from man and God. The suffering heart is crying out, "I have been abandoned and I have been hurt. Can you not see the suffering of my heart?" Then there are those that go through life demonstrating love without hindrance. Love without hindrance is free from the emotional bondage of fear, anxiety, and anger. Fear, anxiety, and anger are the products produced by the injustices of one's youth. The problem then is, How does a person go from a condition of existence to love without hindrance? This book presents an answer to that question.

About the Author
Dr. Michael J. Plezbert began his life in Chicago in 1934. When he became 21 years old he enlisted in the military. He served as an Army Paratrooper for six years. After his discharge he began his formal education. Dr. Plezbert has four accredited earned degrees: a B.S. in Psychology, M.S. in Guidance and Counseling, Ph.D. in Psychology, and a Dr. of Religious Studies. He has forty years of professional experience helping people to resolve interpersonal and person conflicts. He retired in 1989 and decided to spend his remaining years writing about the power of love that comes through Jesus Christ by faith. When Dr. Plezbert was a child, he was placed into an orphanage where he experienced severe abuse. He knows from experience the psychological and emotional problems created by such experiences. Dr. Plezbert also learned what can happen when all the hurt feeling and thoughts are suppressed from conscious awareness. As a result, Dr. Plezbert had a complete psychological and emotional break down that lasted for several years. The inner pain was waiting to be heard. After his recovery he wrote his first book, "Courage to Love." He hopes this will prevent others from making the same mistakes he did. When his inner conflicts of fear, anxiety, and anger were resolved, he had to learn how to love and be loved in return, because as a child he never experienced love. He was then able to say, Isaiah 12:3, "With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation." And the water consists of "faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love." Dr. Plezbert is the author of seven Christian books. He will continue to write until the Lord calls him home.
