Editing Services

Make sure your manuscript is flawless before sending it to literary agents and publishers.  First impressions could be your last, if the manuscript isn’t perfect.  A manuscript that is properly edited will more than likely attract an established agent or publisher.  Pacific Book Review offers our authors the opportunity to have their manuscripts professionally edited, by a former English-born literary agent,  prior to publication.   Our editors will strengthen your manuscript in order to improve the flow and readability of your writing.  They will check spelling, tense, inconsistencies, punctuation, grammar, layout and other possible formatting writing errors. 

 

How We Work 

You provide us your manuscript digitally through sendspace.com.  Please attach only in Word or Rich Text.  We can save the ms in PDF for you after we are done, and provide you with the two formats – PDF and Word. 

A professional editor will review your manuscript and make the necessary changes and then return it to you for approval.  You, the author, will evaluate the changes and recommendations your editor has made for you.  If you are satisfied, then the job is complete.  

 

How Much Does It Cost

The charge is computed at the rate of $4.50 per page of the manscript with a minimum order of $200.  Manuscript formatting is double spaced lines per page.

Once we have established the price for your project we will email you an invoice by PayPal.  
Payment can be made via PayPal (cc accepted), check or U.S.M.O.  Your check must clear before work begins.  Payment must be made before work begins.
