Do you find it hard to balance your work and family? Have you thought of taking a much-needed break?  It is medically proven women are much more prone to health risks than men. Women's health needs extra care and attention. Their constitution is very different and hence needs special care. The importance of taking care of one’s health is not understood by many women. But the earlier they understand it is better for them.

You will learn in this wonderful book entitled The Real Life Body Book: A Young Woman’s Complete Guide to Health and Wellness some amazing health tips, which should be religiously followed amidst all the ordeals, such as, full-time job, meeting office targets, family responsibilities and household chores. These round the clock duties and responsibilities are the major factors that take its toll on women. Many times it is hard for women to juggle and strike a perfect balance between their personal and professional life.  Dr. Ricciotti also teaches on subjects like: How to cope with your period.  How to create and regenerate a new you.  How to cultivate healthy habits for women and so much more valuable information you will find in this book.

This book is fantastic, not only for a first time read but as a useful resource as you pass through different stages of life; pregnancy, birth, illness or menopause, Dr. Ricciotti covers it all. Her courage in combining what she has learned through years of study and training in the medical field, with what she knows instinctively through her heart and intuition, is a blessing to all women. This book has a lot of powerful information for any woman who wants to really take care of herself...and humorously tells you why and how to do just that.

I would recommend that every woman read this book.  In the past I do not think women have received enough education or communication to fully understand the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of our bodies.  This book gives good basic explanations but then goes on to talk about care and prevention and helps a woman come from a place of power and knowledge.
