Author Interview with Suzanne Eglington

Today we are talking with Suzanne Eglington author of “You and I: The Kate and Robert Chronicles.”

PBR:  What inspired you to write The Kate and Robert Chronicles and this particular installment?

I was going through a divorce at the time and this story gave me something else to focus on.

PBR:  What is your favorite Kate and Robert “moment”?

There are so many…but I think it is the one towards the end of this installment when Kate stands up for herself in front of the whole family when she demands to be alone in her own home while Robert is in court.

PBR:  There are some really interesting secondary characters. Is there any chance of a spin-off?

Yes, if my fans want it they will get it. Just wait to see who else I introduce in books 3 and 4 as Kate and Robert continue to learn about each other.

PBR:  If you were stranded on a desert island with one of your characters, which character would you choose and why?

I would choose Robert because he would figure out a way to get off the island and have a lot of fun in the mean time.

PBR:  In your opinion, what are Kate and Robert’s best physical traits?

Kate is willing to accept and adapt to nearly any situation Robert puts her in. Robert best trait is that he is honorable.

PBR:  Without giving away the plot, what do we have to look forward to in the next book in the series?

Beckham 101 is about stronger connections with Ian and Kim, learning more about Roberts past and you get to meet another one of Kate’s family members.
