What is the difference between right and wrong? Truly, if we took a moment to think about it, would we be able to come to the correct conclusion? And if so, what would the world be like if every person thought of the true definition of what is right and wrong and then followed those ethics in everything they did? This philosophy of what our world would be like if everyone knew how to operate as such is one of the main themes explored in Between One and Many More by Stephen Clark.
Stephen Clark is an incredible author with a Bachelor’s in Business Management, Organizational Management, and he minored in Political Science as well. His approach to being morally kind and always choosing to do the right thing in life correlates well in his writing with his background in business. The belief is this will translate into how people can be happy not only in life but financially as well. The burden of financial stress could potentially be eradicated if only everyone adopted this philosophy Clark outlines in his book. His poetic nature of outlining that is detailed particularly in the section “Between One and Many More My Economy Idea” which essentially dictates that whatever amount of money goes towards something such as a charity or a business is needed only once. That is because the charity would live off the money they have and continue to receive donations, thus creating a self-sustaining type of economy. Likewise with a business because whatever amount goes towards it is the balance each month. Clark goes on to detail this even further in his outline of how his economic improvements can help our society.
This is a very stimulating read and will certainly inspire those who seek to have a deeper understanding of this world. It will resonate with those who want to become their best selves and help others to do the same. And it teaches us that it is important to know the difference between both sides of the conversation at hand, between right and wrong and how that affects our world as we know it.
In Between One and Many More, the depths of his philosophies and the thought process behind them are both fascinating and thought-provoking. He has a way with words that are not seen often, and will make you want to explore more about what has made our world what it is and what could make it a better place. At times, he approaches this in a humorous way, which brings levity to his book, while other times it is in a deep yet cerebral way. Particularly in “Seriousness Is Important Also,” he explores the thought that humor and fun is just as important as deep and meaningful to have a life worth living. The balance between emotion and intellect throughout this book will leave a lasting impression on audiences to be certain. Clark’s goal is for this to be a look inside one’s moral compass while also being an international idea for the economy – I personally believe he is well on his way. In Between One and Many More, Stephen Clark reveals how every life touches another, and how meaning is found not only in the self—but in the space we share.
