On that Day is a profound Christian trilogy of three books, The Death of The Promise, The Resurrection of The Promise, and The Land of The Promise, and a continuation of Author Thomas Fitzhugh Sheets’ first book The Road to Restoration.

The author is a sober Christian writer who has perfectly captured the conversion story and faith journey of Apostle Paul and presented it in a manner which implores one’s eyes to look at the Christian Faith in a different way. Sheets’ longing to see an uncurled, blameless, and righteous church in both deed and belief is evident from the thorough and deep Biblical citations as well as the critical analysis that welcomes readers in the first pages of this bold volume. He aims to undo gnarled faith dogmas by reintroducing lost and forgotten verities as mirrored by the First Century Church.

The author gives prominence to today’s believers’ mindsets that have been largely influenced by the Social Progressive Movement, creating a non-traditional view of things which contradicts the Biblical doctrine of the inerrancy of Scripture. He carefully notes several beliefs and views on various topics such as Salvation should be filtered through the Word of God, and whatever does not line up with Scripture should be rejected. The author is certain that is the only way Marxism will be defeated, creating a people that can discern truth from error. His firm sentiments further jolt the reader’s mind into a deep self-check of their conviction regarding Biblical principles in the current era of massive apostasy.

The author further gives a clarion call to the body of believers globally, to stand up and call out wrong doctrines as well as distorted messages, which if not checked will continue to blow the Church into progressivism. This read challenges quick gratification and the entitlement attitude that is on the rise around Christian communities, particularly towards the blessing of Salvation that according to him has created a bunch of lazy believers who do not live right but believe that once saved, always saved.

Sheets’ publication On that Day is, therefore, a requisite and indispensable Christian resource for these last days, and one which bursts with substance and sense. It is bound to convict the Christian community to consider Biblical stands in readiness for the coming of Christ and the attainment of God’s promised Kingdom. The text is easy to understand and will empower readers’ faith as they turn each new page. Great work Author Sheets!
