For gamblers the best way to handle any game of chance is naturally-to play to win. While some players rely on dumb luck or other quirky methods, others will follow devised methods guaranteed to produce winning results. These approaches to gambling ventures have been found to work but it seems that systems of formulated concepts are more likely to produce the best paying winning results especially, when playing the game of Craps. The book How to Play the Craps Game and Win by Wallace Chin provides some interesting strategies which if followed closely and mastered are guaranteed to lead to big winnings.

The game of Craps is a complex game where the successful player must pay attention to more than just betting and winning because the house has the edge on every bet. This house “edge” puts the inexperienced or unprepared player at an instant disadvantage. Mr. Chin assures the reader repeatedly that by closely following the instructions in his book, winning at Craps will be more than likely.

Additionally, the author is a well-seasoned Craps player that has played the game successfully for over thirty years. With his experience, he has attained a deep working knowledge of all aspects of the Craps game and how casinos operate. He has taken the time to research various methods to play the game and has extensively field tested those methods. In this book, he presents the results of his field-testing and demonstrates the prominent winning strategies. His main strategy is to keep track of the all -inclusive activities at the table by using the included forms in the book to document the activity at the gambling table. However, author Chin also illustrates that the use of his form should inconspicuous in order to keep peace at the gambling table and if questioned about the form simply explain that is for a school research project. He also discloses that your demeanor as a player should always be pleasant so as not to attract attention to what you are doing when using his form. Although he claims it is not illegal to use the forms, discovery of its use may cause unnecessary tensions and as a gambler, you do not want tension at the table.

As a non -gambler I found that Mr. Chin does a thorough job of demonstrating all that is involved in playing the game of Craps to win. While this book does provide some sound gambling advice, it does tend to be repetitious in places and contains some minor editing issues. Overall, this book makes a decent read for aspiring or experienced Craps players.
