Exploring scripture through her own studious research, author Glenna Hartzog offers a strongly held understanding of the coming apocalypse and its outcomes as predicted in the Holy Bible, most especially focused on The Book of Revelations. She is particularly concerned with the concept of and timing for the Rapture, as she notes that many other writings and even films have depicted it as occurring before the Tribulation, in which the works of Satan on Earth and humanity will be destroyed. This false view implies the righteous will be spared the trials of the destruction. Hartzog‘s diligent reading leads her to the contrary conclusion: even the most faithful believers will live during and through the destruction, including the advent of the Antichrist, and will then be privileged to experience the Rapture after the Time of Tribulation has passed. As to when this these times will begin, she notes many clues can be seen in current times when it seems evil often predominates, bringing wars and other cataclysms. True Christians will endure the worldwide upheaval, secure in the knowledge that it is an ending, to be followed by a new heavenly existence.

Hartzog, who has been a dedicated Christian and church participant since her youth, treats her subject matter in a way which conveys her deep conviction. Quotations from the Holy Bible are many, and her own interpretations and analogies add wisdom and savor. She points out, for instance, that some business magnates now want everyone to have a designated number used for all transactions – the kind of satanic numeration implied in scripture – while also noting that just because the church is currently being repressed in some places, this is not in itself an end, since Christianity still flourishes even when persecuted.

Such lively observations makes her narrative in The Fate of the World Revealed: Be Ready attractive to those who are in agreement with her analysis of the end times, while shedding new light on the subject for anyone examining those possibilities and seeking a firm grounding in scriptural fact.
