Author Olga I. Hernandez’s Straight to the Point: A Journey to His Presence is a Christian book written to inspire faith, and additionally offer a distinct viewpoint on how a child of God ought to live in order to have a better, more perfect connection with their Creator. This book is based on Hernandez’s distinctive interpretation of the FELLOWSHIP acronym.

Starting with the first letter, which stands for faith, the author demonstrates in a clear and concise manner how virtue forms the basis of a healthy relationship with God. It goes on to list other virtues such as humility, which she believes is demonstrated when Christians put God and others before themselves; obedience, which believes is undoubtedly the most genuine expression of love for God; and endurance, which  tests a believer’s loyalty to God when they are under pressure or hardship.

Hernandez also shows the reader the layout of the prayer closet, explaining the sort of planning that has to come before prayer. Additionally, the book reveals how one can obtain the everyday wisdom required to overcome challenges and how prayer helps in resisting temptations.  Hernandez has provided experiences from acquaintances which, in one way or another, demonstrated Biblical wisdom that the untrained eye would probably miss, in addition to citing Bible texts to corroborate the observations.

As a believer, I was very impressed by the author’s unwavering commitment to renewing Christians’ focus on the Lord. The prayer approach is revolutionary and makes one understand how fortunate human beings are to have open communication with God.

Straight to the Point: A Journey to His Presence is a book which will lead readers back to their first love, while also motivating them to constantly reflect on their relationship with God. Penned by one of America’s most well-known authors, it is unquestionably a model Christian foundational work that will educate and motivate readers to achieve remarkable spiritual advancement and an ideal lifetime connection with the Lord. It is a must-read for all Christians around the globe.
