Every so often, you read a book that knocks you completely off of your feet because of its incredible ability to know exactly what it is you needed to read at that moment. For me, that book is Your Destiny is Inside You: Be Your Own Guiding Light by Ana Pat. For centuries, people of all different backgrounds and walks of life have delved into the world of spirituality in one way or another. Whether it was through an organized religion, or the type of spirituality that has you look in on yourself and connect with your consciousness and the world, they are all valid ways of being a spiritual person. But what this book explores goes beyond the norm of all of that and, it is a true treasure for all.

Written by Polish author Ana Pat, this book touches on a true path of self-discovery and reflection, and ultimately shows the process of liberating one’s self from the confines of one’s own ego. This allows the person to fully embrace this new positive energy in their life while simultaneously keeping the optimism flowing through them. Pat was a businessman before he went on a spiritual awakening of his own in 2008 after his life had fallen apart and thus, he went on a new journey. He eventually put it all to paper in this book.

For those who are feeling lost in their lives or simply just want to better themselves, this book is for you. You can look at this as a roadmap to illustrate how to go to the deepest corners of your unconscious to “achieve personal and spiritual development.” We can all likely agree just how important that is in anyone’s life. The wisdom throughout this book is truly astounding, and the way the author imparts his knowledge onto the readers and teaches them to listen to their heart while letting go of the suffering of their past is truly awe-inspiring. Pat furthermore touches on the importance of not letting obsessions rule your life and getting in touch with your own spiritual nature to do so. He even makes sure to explain difficult spiritual concepts to further assist you on your spiritual journey.

For those with their own struggles in life that have held them back, this is an amazing read which definitely will give them the boost needed. I would highly recommend Your Destiny Is Inside You: Be Your Own Guiding Light to everyone I know.
